Free Meditation Classes Cape Town
The Sri Chinmoy Centre offers free meditation courses in Cape Town. Courses are generally run over a weekend with a three and a half hour session on both Saturday and Sunday. Our next weekend meditation workshop is in July in Rondebosch.
In the classes we cover the ABCs of meditation including the following:

- Tips on establishing and maintaining a daily practice of meditation
